Emanuel defended Bill Daley, dump in d.c.

Mayor Bill Daley as an opportunity to punish Washington culture that he is part of the nearly two decades.

Daley, who announced his resignation as Chief of staff for President Barack Obama’s Monday after about one year in post, can go back to Chicago with his head high, Emanuel said.

“I appreciate the views of people in Washington about how important Washington, will experience Washington,” Emanuel said at a press conference to announce the shipping logistics company Coyote will add 400 jobs in Chicago. “This is a bit of myself, in my view.”

Chicago’s a better place to learn how to be successful, according to the Mayor’s Chief of staff.
